The total mark is 120 and a candidate must score a minimum of total mark called overall cut off to get qualified to the next level.

Cut off mark varies every year and depends mainly on the difficulty level of the questions, candidate count and vacancy. Cut off mark is different for different reservation and also varies among male and female candidates. This is mainly to help the underprivileged people.
