In a notification issued today, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow has stated that the admit cards for CAT (Common Admission Test) 2017 will be made available from October 25. Admit cards can be downloaded from the official websiteof CAT 2017. Earlier, the admit cards were supposed to be made online on October 18, 2017.
This year, CAT registrations were extended for a week, in order to allow more students to take part in the examination. Speaking to PaGaLGuY about the reason for the delay, CAT 2017 convenor Neeraj Dwivedi said that it is due to the extended registration period. “We had earlier extended the last date for registration till September 25, and hence decided to issue the admit cards from October 25. There is no technical glitch as of now resulting in this delay,” said Dwivedi.
The registered and eligible candidates will be able to download their admit cards till November 26, 2017. This year, over 2.31 lakh MBA aspirants have registered themselves for the coveted examination.
CAT 2017 would take place on November 26 in two sessions at different test centres across the country.
