NEET PG 2019 Result

The result of the examination will be released online along with the scorecards by NBE on the official website. NEET PG merit list 2019 will have the score and individual rank of the candidate. The merit list will be prepared by the score of the candidate in the examination. The position of all the candidates who appeared in the exam in the merit list will be reflected in All India Rank. The result will be announced by the end of January 2019. The scorecard of NEET PG 2019 has following details:

  1. All India Rank
  2. All India 50% quota Rank
  3. Category specific rank for All India 50% quota

The result of NEET PG will be valid only for the current admission session that is 2019 admission session for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses and cannot be carried forward for the next session of admissions for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses. If the two candidates score the same marks, then the merit position will be determined with the following criteria:

  1. The better position in the merit list will be obtained by the candidate who has scored more marks in Part C of the question paper.
  2. The candidates with the smaller number of negative marks will automatically obtain the better position in the merit list.
  3. The better merit position will be gained by the older candidates.

Once the result is declared the Medical Counselling Committee will look after the AIQ PG Medical counselling. It is done through the online allotment process. It is during the counselling session that the candidates will be allotted for the degree and diploma courses institutes and the seats. The seats are allocated category and speciality wise.

MCC will conduct the NEET PG 2019 counselling for three major group of seats which are 50% All India Quota Seats, Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS), and Deemed and central universities. The Candidates should note the following important dates for the counselling sessions:

The National board of Examination will release the answer key after the exams conducted. The examination which will be conducted on 7th January 2019, so the corresponding answer key will be released on 15th January 2019 to 31st January 2019 on the official website. Candidates can check the answers through the answer key in order to evaluate their own performances in the exam. The candidates should visit the official website and click on the link for NEET PG 2019 Answer key. They would need to provide the testing ID and date of birth on the link. The answer key will be available for the download and view, so the candidates can verify their result.
