JEE Mains 2019 Eligibility Criteria

The NATA (National Testing Agency) will release JEE Main eligibility along with the official notification on the website. The candidates who have passed or appearing for the 12th standard with a minimum of 75% marks which is the JEE main eligibility marks can attempt the JEE main 2019 examination. The engineering exam will be conducted twice in a year in online mode from 2019 onwards.

The JEE main eligibility criteria for age limit is that there is no age limit for the candidates to appear for the exam. The candidates must have passed 10+2 standard examination during 2017 or 2018. The candidates attempting 10 or 12th standard level examination in 2019 can also apply for the examination.

The candidates should have cleared 12th standard or qualifying exam in 2017 or 2018. The candidates attempting 12th standard or equivalent qualifying examination in 2019 can also apply for the JEE main examination.

The candidates are allowed to appear for 3 consecutive years for the JEE Examination. Even though the examination will be conducted twice in a year, the candidates can even appear for both the attempts and the attempt for the particular year will be considered as one.
