hi all
all said n done bout making a "worthy" goverment....i don think we r seeing a radical change in the approach to distributing the portfolios...in that way the new alliance is really making a good sign of "stability"..they r not a wee bit different frm the past goverment..i think since the new alliance was somewhat less optimistic of coming bck to power..they were not really prepared mentally to take iup the mettle all of a sudden.anyway lesse wht new things we get frm these guyz....

note:cant really understand the logic behind givin portfolios to those people who lost the elections(P M Sayeed n Shivraj Patil)....its the worst example moral bankruptcy...

Well , Dr.Manmohan Singh , the soft spoken Sikh who is widely regarded as India's greatest Finance minister ever will now occupy India's highest post . Im cool wwith that . Though Im dissapointed that the NDA didn't ride back to power , Im cool with anyone who is pro-reform , and none fits the bill better than Manmohan Singh .

But if by some miracle , I was suddenly bestowed with the power to appoint a cabinet of my choice this is what it would look like :

Prime Minister : Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee

Dep. Prime Minister/Home min. : Shri L.K.Advani

Finance Minister : Dr. Manmohan Singh

Defence Minister : Gen.(retd) Sunderlal Padmanabhan

Industries and Commerce Minister : Mr. P Chidambaram

Foriegn Minister : Mr. Arun Jaitley
Minister of State - Rahul Gandhi

Union HRD Minister : Priyanka Gandhi ( hey its my blog )
