Has been is used in Present perfect Continuous Tense but it is followed by time as: for two months or since January etc Pl check if the sentence is correct. If it is Present or Past continuous tense ..It should be... is burning or was burning.

i know its a bit difficult. i also use http://www.thefreedictionary.com/ . Here u can enter the word and it will show all the phrasal verbs associated with that word. But again u have to search word by word

they are basically Phrasal verbs......you can find them in any good phrasal verbs dictionary

no technique... just Read.. keep seeing and learning phrasal verbs.. (google u will get a list of phrasal verbs).
