Need some serious advice on where should I apply.
NC-OBC
Cat percentiles VA-95, LR -71, QA-49.94 ( actual score 5.5) (messed up big time :/)
OA: 81.07 percentile
10th- 9.8 gpa 12th 90.8% undergrad: 5.1 fresher
Engineer male
Which colleges should I aim for barring the private ones?
Should I apply for DSE,UBS?

@ShubhamUBS Okay.
Apply for tier 3 colleges like welingkar, simsree.. Package wise they are better as in Mumbai
