Atleast in Delhi,CL,IMS & Time are known to be the top 3.
Time & CL have both come to our college -CL had an excellent seminar on GD's+PI's(2 days)..I attended one day and found it to be fantastic.Also,most of the people in my college are joining/have joined CL and all of them are full of praise for it.. Most probably i'll also be joining that in December..
Time came to conduct a Mock-CAT,they havent announced the results yet but they'll be even offering 100% scholarships..The test was utter nonsense-so much noise was being made and the TIME people were hardly looking effective..Also they gave the toughest test they had ever made(AIMCAT051

I dunno about IMS,so if its between TIME & CL,go for CL.
