Got a mail shortlisted in waitlist and doesn't even have a waitlist position so to track the movement, so how can we able to know the status of our admission..?does anyone has any idea

I too got mail of being in waitlist... but not sure how to track latest status. What are the chances of converting after being in waitlist ??
