I think everyone got joining letters.my concern is will they be ready for extension...i already put papers and sent them mail for extension.any idea?

I called HR and asked him about medical and extension. He said they will intimate via mail and when i said i'll be joining after 3 months ,he was like then you have lots of time...we will communicate medical dates and all via e-mail..
Do u people get original offer letter through post?
