I contacted SAIL and they said that when steel ministry give them permission to conduct interview, then only they will do. And they are denied to do online interview by any means.
Has someone contacted sail regarding interviews of MT technical 2019 ?or filed RTI?
I think SAIL is not in mood/position to recruit, they could hav opted for online GD/interview otherwise. IITs, IIMs, NITIE, BIS, ONGC(medical recruitment) all went for online mode & changed selection process a bit.
