I think the advertisement came almost a day before IBPS PO results declaration....so...there might be a higher probability of working officers to quit and pursue PO if they had selected....I am not sure about it....The late announcement of selected candidates for interview in pallavan bank gave me a second thought....This might be a reason besides they could not forgo the rule as such when other grama bank followed....
