Are registration for FORE still open ?

Dear guys, I have got my CAT 2015 percentile as 79.99. My VA percentile is - 87.92 LR/DI - 85.67 Quants - 49 And I belong to NC- OBC. Graduated in BE Industrial engineering. Tenth standard - 90% +2 - 93% I have 2.5 years of experience as industrial engineer. Can I apply??
