Five managers P, Q, R, S & T conduct interviews in a particular month, not necessarily in the same order. Exactly 2 managers conduct interviews after R and exactly 3 managers conduct interviews ahead of P. S is neither the 2nd nor the last one to conduct an interview. If T conducts interview after Q, then who is the 2nd manager to conduct an interview?

R
Q
P
T
