The DI percentile is a welcome relief after the debacle that was simcat 2:whatthat:
wot puzzles me is how PT comes up with cutoffs and such....
they say overall cutoff is at 55....wot does that mean..how many ppl are above 55..???
i think IMS does it the correct way...they declare 90 percentile and above as sectional cutoffs and 97 percentile as the overall cutoff...
I am starting to think that joining the PT test series was a wrong decision....:x
these percentiles and AIRs give me no confidence whatsoever....
plus they still havent given me the sectional tests...and i joined a month back !!!!!!!:x

VA-13.66
DI-14.66
total-41
I was disgusted with my scores but after reading a few posts on this thread, I feel this score may be decent.
Can someone please post the sectional cut-offs.

The results are out. My performance:
QA - 10.34 - 88.36 
DI - 13.01 - 91.82
VA - 16.7 - 99.5
Overall - 40.05 - 99.608 %ile. AIR - 74
I am not happy with the sectional scores in DI/QA.
Had almost similar performance in CAT-2003 with overall score as 98.84 but cud not manage even MDI call because of skewed sectional performance.
Will have to do better in DI and QA next time.

actually i was hoping u would berate the pt paper...
curse the paper setter..
and over all agree with me that my poor score is a reflection of the poor paper and not my poor verbal ability...

This section was indeed tricky.
No second thoughts. Especially the parajumbles were a tad difficult.
Believe me i was not confident while marking bubbles for ParaJumbles. Luckily got only one wrong(attempted all of 'em) .
RC was gud. It was a matter of selecting the passages from comfort area. But I think one cud have scored more in RC in this paper as compared to EU(although I also did only 2 passages).
I discovered this after the analysis. EU question were tempting but very very tricky.
My break up was
EU 16/8 : 13.33
RC 8/2 : 7.33
