Phd or Fellow program admission in foreign universities

Hello to all,

This year I am planning to appear for GMAT exam to get admission in PhD or Fellow program from a foreign uni. as i am new to GMAT prep, i am looking for some suggestions for prep as per the PhD program required, as well as info about Universities, course type and areas. I  am strictly want to apply only for scholarship or funded programs. My specific requirements are score & info about the universities. 

also, geographical areas, where most of Indian students normally apply for fellow program in management.
