The MBA (WX) is an intensive two-year post-graduate programme in management, specially designed for middle and senior-level professionals. MBA (WX) is a specialized programme that exposes the individual to the scientific approach to business decision making in today's dynamic and competitive global business environment. MBA (WX) provides an opportunity for middle and senior level executives to refresh and upgrade their managerial skills without interrupting their professional activity. The MBA (WX) programme is a rigorous fully classroom-based programme to be conducted during weekends. The participants bring in their varied experiences to the classroom and work on real-life/live individual and group projects. Throughout the programme, the participants put to use the concepts learnt in the classroom at their workplace.
ELIGIBILITY
The candidate must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree duly recognised by UGC/AIU with minimum aggregate marks of 50% for General, 47% for NC-OBC, 45% for SC/ST/DAP
- Minimum 3 years of Managerial/ Entrepreneurial/ Professional experience after Graduation
SELECTION
The Institute seeks diversity of background and interests, from a wide range of corporations, public institutions and other professional fields. The selection will be based on a valid GMAT/CAT score (last two years) or marks obtained in Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) conducted by IIM Kashipur and the performance of the short-listed candidates in the personal interview. The Merit list will be prepared based on CAT/GMAT/EMAT Score, academic performance, work experience and personal interview.
