I am in complete second with you.

We can accept this thing of goverment reservation policy that there is overall 8% reservation(NT1-2.5%+ NT2-3.5% + NT3-2%) but it is for 'whole NT' category and government also think alike.

I would like to come up with solution that they give 1 seat each to all NT OHU student and may have rotation policy in HU NT1 and NT3 (as they have low % of reservation as compared to NT2) so that at least one seat or we can say Lifetime opportunity will be given to student of OHU NT1, NT2 and NT3.

OR

To give at least one chance to OHU NT student it should be like

HU OHU TOTAL
NT1 2 1 3 ( 2.5% )
NT2 3 1 4 ( 3.5% )
NT3 1 1 2 ( 2.0% ).

P.S. Think on this solution as a point of view for JBIMS not for every other college.
