But doesn't a lot of times , higher incentive based salaries, rejected?
I heard from a friend who recently passed out of IIM that a lot of people now want better base pay, rather than incentive based, as the companies usually bounce them on the incentive parts.
The company will obviously set extremely aggressive goals, and if you fail to meet them, your salary gets a HUGE DENT!!!!

thanks yashwant....
this shud... help... definitely...

Any organization would have an interest to know as to why an engineer after an MBA(Finance) is in for Market Research. The simple answer to this question is that ..."you had always envisaged to use those analytical tools which you imbibed during engineering to reckon with management and play with numbers and be a financial expert especially in a market research organization like CRISIL, SEBI, ABN-AMRO, CITIBANK-Wealth Management, etc. You can say that you were looking for a suitable opening to play with stocks and shares : market research gives you a diverse view of the market in general and also in nearer to reality.
