1st Semester: Skill Assessments, Personality Development Training and Corporate Grooming Workshops.

2nd Semester: Skill Reassessments and Feedback, Need based Training and Evaluation.

3rd Semester: Workshops and Individual Profile building.

4th Semester: Campus Interviews and Final placement.

The companies range from Startups to Brands are come for placements Some of the prominent ones are AXIS Bank, Eureka Forbes, Bajaj Allianz, Amul India, Credit Sudhar, Indiabulls, Secure Now, Sintex, NCord, M3M, AXA, ACI, Octane, 99 Acres, Aditya Birla Group, Apollo India Ltd, Aptech, Café Coffee Day, eClerx, Edelweiss Godrej, Tokio Life Insurance Ltd, Piaggio, FirstSource, First Naukri.com, Hewlett Packard, HSBC Bank, ICICI Securities, IndusInd Bank, Magicbricks.com, FoodPanda, Mahindra and Mahindra, Sahara India, Seasons Mall, Larsen & Toubro, Shoppers Stop, Standard Chartered Bank, Syntel, Thomas International, Nestle, Videocon, Wipro, WNS, Wockhardt and Yes Bank and when I talk about salary package then the highest salary got by a student last year was 18lakh and average salary would be 6.25lpa.

worst college to be a part of no faculty no basic amanities only asking for money u will get frustated such a pathetic environment u will strive for basic amenities like water and food after paying so  much..... bunch of fools running dis college

average package is 6.1 lac and highet is 13.80 lacs

Hi Somuniat and dhuruv,
just to mention exams like CAT and XAT are elimination process , the reason to conduct them are to shortlist students in some range as they can not interact with every MBA aspirant so these exams are conducted and these exams can not really decide whether you are good or not, the exam day could just be a bad day for you, and later process GD and PI are actually Selection process where your real skills are judged
so your friend with 30%ile might be good enough to crack the interview as the interviews and GD's of MILE are tough enough
and yes MILE also has very limited intake and does not take every one
