Is it mandatory to have Non Creamy Layer Certificate for admissions for MMS or PGDM?(not for the fees) I don't fall under that criteria and hence can't get a NC Certificate.

I got IIMP in CAP 1....I wanted 2 take risk for Pumba in CAP 2....but if suppose i didn't get PUMBA in CAP2 what r my chance of gettng IIMP again...Is it possible to get same colleges in both the rounds..............plz help puys..
