Priyam's role requires her to be able to un-learn & re-learn while being highly detail-oriented. She has consistently proven herself to be a role-model for others to follow. Today, she is the product head at Dockabl and enjoys the power & thrill of co-creating a great HR product which is business & people centric. We are proud of Priyam and her achievement as a SOILITE.
"Never deceive others, in business or in life. In 1995, I was deceived by four companies - four companies that are now closed. A company cannot go far by deceit.", Jack Ma, Alibaba Group.
In the last decade, our students have absorbed the value of being ethical through a week-long intense course conducted by theatre artists, an activity we intend to continue indefinitely.
Our faculty members, Prof. Ojha and Prof. A N Bhattacharya, on a surprise visit to our NGO partner Khushboo Welfare Society. We are proud to see our students, who have been working with several NGOs, striving endlessly to make this world better.

"SOIL has completed 10 years. I would like to congratulate the staff, the teaching faculty, and each and every alumni. I believe SOIL has been pushing great leaders in the industry year-on-year, which I believe is going to change the way we look at leaders… today and tomorrow.", Karan Ahuja, Class of 2017.
"The path to gaining respect is paved with knowledge and empathy."
Every week over the last decade, our students have turned up to help make a difference to those in need. This happens as part of SOIL's year-long Social Innovation Program that is designed to instil a sense of compassion among students and to help them emerge as future leaders.
