Management Development Programme
Teaching and assessment methods at ISMR aim at creating participant driven learning environment that encourages student to take greater initiative and responsibility for their learning, which is enjoyable and stimulating. The teaching program is divided & completed in four semesters over two years.
Faculty uses multiple teaching methods like case studies, project analysis, business simulations, assignments, corporate guest lectures, workshops, seminars, business quizzes, laptop presentations, management games, mentoring industrial visits, corporate interactions, internships & dissertation projects.
In addition, students will be required to complete individual assignments. ISMR Program is very demanding and will require very high level of self responsibility, and self discipline to complete home study to support lectures and class discussions.
