Frnds, It's a humble request to send an email(feedback-upsc@gov.in) to UPSC to postpone the JWM (Mechanical) exam (do remember to mention the post & application no., etc.) bcz the situation is most volatile in North India including Delhi, even I'm sending them an email in dis regard bcz I'm unable to find a way of reaching my test centre bcz trains are shut so are buses n oder modes of transport.
