Job Description
Quality and uniform credit appraisal
Assisting ACM / RCM in Underwriting and approval of loans and ensuring that all credit processes are followed and policy norms are implemented.
Personal discussion with customers to understand business, cash flows, purpose of loan, future business plans etc.
Checking disbursements and ensuring collateral perfection.
Credit TATs within acceptable levels
Assisting ACM / RCM in timely decision of cases.
Assisting ZCM/RCM/ACM in agency empanelment, monitoring and Tracking agency performance on TATs
Quality credit portfolio
Ensuring portfolio monitoring through early warning process and "performance monitoring triggers"
Ensuring timely review / renewal for the portfolio
Maintaining MIS for the region.
Skills Required
Possess good interpersonal skills
Hardworking and sincere
Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Proficiency in Computer Systems (MS Office - Excel, Word)
Experienced Required:
Good knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Analysis
Good knowledge of applicable Financial Law, Regulations and Policies.
Qualification: PGCFR / CFA / MBA ( Passout 2013 )

Ensure database of account owner records is kept up to date and complete. Work with business units to ensure all accounts have owners and reconciles, and analyse any segregation of duties issues.
Assist the GL controls manager with the monthly GL controls reporting process. This will involve liaison with account owners and reconcile-rs, analysis of data in Inform and the production of Management Information. Work with account owners to ensure reconciliation issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Liaison with all teams to address and resolve any issues with operation of the Inform system.
Manage the quarterly AO&R attestation process, which requires the completion by all account owners of compliance certificates.
Assist in the preparation of materials for monthly review meetings with management, arrange meetings, and take minutes.

Finance Manager – ACCA/CIMA/ACA (Logistics) for UK

Job Description :

1. Initiate and co-ordinate the creation of the operational budget for the site in partnership with the site management team.
2. Manage and monitor site financial KPI`s and report accordingly for both NDL & customer reporting deadlines – weekly/period/quarterly.
3. Review contract requirements to fully understand the customer needs, both current and long term, and ensure appropriate solutions are found to ensure the customer`s needs are met in full.
4. Provide financial analysis regarding business case submissions and CIP initiatives for the site.
5. Be responsible for the audit MAP and Payroll process including monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
6. Operate effectively as a member of the site Leadership team and undertake other senior management tasks as required by the site including provision of out of hours support.
7. Manage the onsite payroll function and liaise with Head Office functions as necessary to deal with payroll issues arising.
8. Maintain and develop the KPI period reporting pack.
