You have brilliant scope after MBA in Operations...as you have core engg sector experience. utilise this experience and you can become the deputy operations manager /operations manager/delivery head/production head etc.... you can hold many such key positions with lucrative pay packages. Sky is the limit for you...Operations is a booming sector...make the most out of it as you already have a profile just tailor-made for this. All the best! @prozac

Hi

I have post MBA experience of 2.5 years as a Business Analyst. Recently I have received oppurtunity with Accenture Management Consulting as an Analyst. I would be able to get into the industry of my choice in this oppurtunity however I wanted to know how would my progression be treated compared to a fresh hire as I am concerned about losing my experience of 2.5 years!

Thanks in advance

Hello I am a BE elect & comm. Engg. I have taken admission in MBA. I am interested in marketing with no experience. Mostly people say that marketing people get sales job. I thought to get into advertising or gourilla marketing.  Kindly assist for some special course which I can do simultaneously and also about companies with advertising as summer internship.  Thank you

All marketing graduates have to do sales work initially. Later on they get inducted into marketing. This is true irrespective of which B-school you come from. Additionally work ex is not required if you are entering from a B-school. Pay attention to your marketing courses in the B-school (that should be enough). Guerrilla marketing - its not mainstream and you would not get an internship or a job in that field.
