yes it is absolutely possible.
yes even you scored better in first few questions in V its not necessary to have your scaled score higher than your raw score.
GMAC has some weird and clever CAT and the wat it scores you is secret

I found this forum via net while search for some GMAT related info. I hope someone could answer to my question.
Today I went trough the GMATprep software and my result was:
q: 39 (22/37)
v: 21 (24/41)
I wonder how is this possible? I even had worst results on my first 10 Q questions (6 wrong answers) thn in my first 10 V questions (4 wrong).
Is it possible that the software made a mistake? Everytime I look in a raw score/scaled score table there is no way that a raw score is higher that the scaled one....I am really afraid now, because on Friday, 13 it's my test day...
