Today morning i went to IMT-G campus and talked directly to Mr. A.M.Sherry (chairman,admission committee).....and here r the outcomes
1.considering the no. of buffer calls and then responses imt got ,chances for upgradation is almost nil
2.so movement of waitlist not going to happen at all (same reason as above)
3.irrespective of course what u got e.g. ft,fin,hr,ib,dcp.......pay 1st installment.....only if u r happy with what u got.......bcoz upgradaton is very unlikely.
4.in the end he said , based on all other b-school calls u have, think and then only make up your mind. 😃 :)

as per discussions by seniors in the imt-g thread , if you've converted imt-n or imt-hyd then you are out of race for imt-g
Guys, Welcome to IMT ...... Last time also they did the same thing..... I was just told u are waitlist.... First i got offer from IMT Nagpur
then i got call for IMT G DCP prog....
then in june end i got a mail of offering admission for IMT G proper... finally.... they never tell u waitlist no otherwise its waitlist will move by 1000+ i guess.... so this is one reason 100%.... other reason can be their.....
I haven't paid the first installment as they gave me IMT Nagpur & I dono want to join that course. Please tell me if I would be considered for the further movements or not.. Seniors pls reply!!!!!

what will we do if we already have taken admission some where else..now a days institute wont repay your first installments after a deadline..also can anybody share the approx amount it would be deducted incase we withdraw admission say after joining the institute I know it depends upon institute to institute but a rough figure will certainly help(pro rata ie)
Only people clearing will get the mail for others it will remain the same.... 95%ile and above are pretty safe... they will get admission for sure.... doesnt matter how was ur GD/PI....
but u have to wait say till june atleast
Thats a confidence booster mate :).I have 98% with good acads and 2 yrs+ work ex,but i am waitlisted ,donno for which campus :(.But i am hoping to make it thru

IMT has not declared the number of waitlist, but any one who has not converted is waitlisted

lets hope that we have been waitlisted for IMT G ...........uske alava toh kuch nahi kar sakte ....agar kuch aur milta hai th jhatke ke liye tayari rakho...in short un choton ki malhalm patti ka intazam rakho....aur tab tak edhar udhar ki jankari ke liye kan khade rakho
