what does the word gaunt means?
must, have to, don't have to, mustn't
'Must' and 'have to' mean the same thing – that you are obliged to do something
You must read this.
You have to read this.
The main difference is that 'must' is only used in the present.
I must be as clear as possible.
But 'have to' can have past forms.I had to do chores when I was a child. And future forms.I will have to ride home in the dark tonight. With questions, 'have to' needs an auxiliary verb such as 'do'Do you have to point this out?Must you point this out?'Don't have to' and 'mustn't' mean different things.'Don't have to' means you are not required to do something.I don't have to wear a uniform. But 'mustn't' (short for 'must not') means that something is not allowed. You mustn't smoke inside.
