I have around 3 years of experience in H.R.Prior to this I have completed a post graduate diploma ( 1 year ) in Human Resource Mgmt after my B. Com.

Am not happy with the role / profile / work and would like to change tracks preferably to Finance . Am currently between jobs and
am not keen on persuing a full fledged M.B.A . Are there any short term courses that I could take up which will help me make the shift.

Have heard a lot about pagalguy and am hoping all you guys can bail me out
