The course emphasizes on the importance of Project Management in a business and enable to use tools and techniques for decision making.
The course will expose the students to various risks encountered during handling, processing and storage of food and methods to analyze the risks involved and their remedy.
FLAVOR CHEMISTRY TECHNOLOGY
The course will help the students to understand the Science behind the art of flavoring foods, their analysis, the problem of off-flavours and the reasons thereof, development of flavours for specific applications, and legal aspects on use of flavours in food products.
FOOD PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Impart knowledge about various technologies for food products development. FOOD
