Is there any chance of getting into good b-school for people with low graduation marks?

10th:79%
12th:57%
B.E:53%

First attempt cat score was 78 percentile but i did not apply for any b-school..
my question is is there any chance of getting into good b-school with good cat/xat score and one year work exp with this academic marks??
Please suggest me the alternatives to enhance the profile apart from work exp?
