Page 1 of 8 The figure given below shows a circle with center O and radius 8 cm. BD is a chord of the circle and A is a point on the minor arc BD. C is a point on BD such that AC is perpendicular to BD. The length of AC is 4 cm and BC is 12 cm. What is the length (in cm) of CD?

Any idea how to do this?
