New day, New Industry interaction! Our International Academic Partner School students and #FIIBRacers were led through a session on Cross-Cultural Management by Dr Shamsul Baharin Saihani, Senior Lecturer (IB). The session aimed to increase sensitivity to different cultures across the world and enhance students' ability to better appreciate the diversity of cultures across businesses and nations.
In addition, he talked about multicultural management, national culture, the benefits of diversity in the workplace and how culture affects management approaches, which made it an invaluable session for any International Business student.
