does resigning in june from current job help

hi, i want to prepare for cat 2012 and so i was thinking of resigning from my job in july 2012 till den i will be cmpleting my 2 yrs work ex...is this a good idea for my career ahead.

Hi bro,By this time last year i was working with JSW steels in Mumbai and i resigned in July with 2 years of work ex.later I prepared very hard and converted IIM - lucknow this year.This may not be the case with everyone .I felt many times i took a wrong decision by resigning. That made me feel pressure.If u think u can do it,Jus go with ur instincts.you must be able to satisfy the interviewer for the gap of 9 months later.All the best.Think well before you resign.
