have a question regarding AICTE approval , as the program is not approved since SOIL choose not to get it approved , so won't the students face issues while switching companies after they get placed from SOIL.
I have been shortlisted for SOIL's BLP. I have one doubt about placements, which is, do companies prefer candidates with work ex from reputed organizations to the other ones??
I have work ex of 2 years and 8 months. I have worked in a small IT consultancy. So is this going to affect my candidature during the placements?? Will the candidates with less than or more than my work ex but who have worked in MNCs be given preference over me?? And will the same be applicable to placement package too??
I have heard there have been various concerns regarding the placements and with the fact that its not AICTE approved. Could you please tell us if its true?
SOIL boasts of its values like Compassion and Mindfulness. How are they being practiced?
Are all the MBA related subjects covered in this one year program?
I have heard a lot about the unique Mentorship program at SOIL? What kind of mentorship/guidance is provided to the SOIL students?
