@riyakadam As fas as regarding work, there is no as such pressure and also your work will be around paper work as authority works for sanctioning / permission for implimenting policies, construction, etc. For promotion, it will take 6-7 years to become deputy director but will become eligible for promotion once he/she complete 5 years as assistant director. For salary and perks, i will say very satisfied starting salary. The starting salary will be 85k-90k gross and 75k-80k is take away salary.
