Galgotia University offers 2 years master degree in Social Work. This program at GU aims to impart Knowledge, skills, and believes for working with communities or individual groups to share social action. This course also provides students ideologies, philosphies and methodologies to work as trained social worker. After doing this course students have the opportunity to work in the areas of CSR, AIDS prevention program, Crime prevention Organisations, Labour welfare officers etc. To do this course min of 50% marks in aggregate is required in graduation.

as far as MSW from TISS is concerned i am having an acquaintance there...what i gt frm him is its really tough to get into TISS for MSW or any other course
apart frm ur acad u shd be gud in extra curricular activies and job ex is most preferred....
being a btech final year we stand almost no chance to get there
if u ppl know any other colleges for MSW do post...

I personally dont know any MSW TISS students.
But yes my school pals who were in TISS (PMIR) and have now passed-out know their MSW pals.
Also my friend who was being groomed in GD/PI by a professional tutor and who is now in IIM-A, 1st year, knows this girl who was being groomed for TISS MSW as well as PMIR by the same tutor. I gathered from my pal that this girl made it to TISS (MSW) this year.
