My name is Debojyoti Das.As far as my career is concerned,I have not been successful in my academics, like my marks in

10 is 82.25%

10+2 is 54.80% and

B.Tech (IT) is 8.12 CGPA which is 73.70%.

I have total work experience of over 43 months of which I spent 19 months in IT sector as SAP ABAP consultant and 24 months as Assistant Manager in Indian Overseas Bank.

Well if I can score something around 740-750 in GMAT,what will be my chances to get admission to ISB if at all? Your reply is of extreme importance to me.

Hi everyone ..i have a doubt. suppose i appear for the GMAT & score 670. Then I appear for a 2nd time & score 730 . Will ISB look at my previous score? If not , do other premier international B-schools look at it? Also is the last date for submitting reccomendations also Nov 30 for R2? or a few days grace is given for reccos?

Hi,
I gave my GMAT today and scored 750.I want to apply for ISB's R2 this November but as I was not too sure of what scoes I would get , I did not start my application to ISB :-D I know it was a stupidity but anyways I will gear up from today.

My Profile :

Xth - 91.6 % (WB Board)
XIIth - 86 % (WB Board)
BTech (ELECTRICAL) - 87
Work Ex- 30 months (present) in IT industry
Extra-curricular - Singing , Reading , social activites etc many activities and certificates but not many prizes in the higher level.

My questions :
1.Being from a IT background, how much will it hamper my prospectus
2.Being an Indian/woman do I get any added advantage?
3.What chance do I have of converting with such a profile?
