The team of B.Tech. students Sreekar Anne, Vivekananda Reddy, Karthik Potlapally, and Rithik Antham has got selected for the 10th Annual Hult Prize Regional Summit - Dubai to be held on 8 March.

Ms Jyoti Kamaal (Head, CRM and Customer Experience, Pan Asia Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd) is currently delivering a lecture on 'Dynamism in Customer Relationship - Customer Excellence Management' at the School of Management in Bennett University.
Underlining the importance of human connect, Ms Kamaal shared why it forms the core of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She observed, 'As CRM evolves, customers continue to be the real teachers for any brand. Finding convenience, how to utilize a particular service - these are what a consumer is looking for. It’s about responding to the customer whenever there is any requirement. To lose the customer’s voice is the most detrimental thing.' She highlighted the importance of addressing questions like whether a customer needs to know more about the App apart from its front face, and do we need to educate our customers. Drawing from her experience, she shared that the customer, the touch point, and the back end constitute a triangle.
Dr. Nilanjan Banik, (Professor, School of Management, Bennett University), explains why 'art as a language' should be taught to Management students and how it equips students for the real world challenges.

Mr. Varun Dixit, Human Resources Department, Bennett University was invited as a panellist at #HRConclave organized by Asian Education Group and SightIn Plus. He delivered a talk on “How Technology is Transforming HR” and “The Rise of GIG Economy”.
He spoke at length on roles of technology to transform Talent Acquisition, Develop HR Processes, Operations, and Talent Development. He illustrated the concept by giving examples of technology roles in social hiring, business decision making, e-processes etc.
Talking about “Rise of #Gig economy”, Mr. Dixit shared India is shifting towards it at a very higher rate as organised sector has only 8-9% job share. He even added that online up-skilling is playing a catalyst role in developing the gig economy as Freelancing, Retainership and Contractual assignments are opportunities available in the open job market.
Industry 4.0 has completely turned the table and given rise to a new concept... 'gig economy'. India is also slowly moving towards it, this shift can be a threat for relatively low-skilled labours.
