Hi,

I haven't received any immersion mail. Is it being sent to those who have cleared GI-2?

Those who have got it, kindly let others know if it says anything about you being selected.

Thank you.

Hi all,
The discussion regarding Immersion mail is going on in following thread.

http://www.pagalguy.com/discussions/2011-2013-spjimr-gi-experiences-25062968

It is not final selection.
But according to seniors those who have not got the mail are out of the race.
And the sending of mails is not over yet.
Kindly refer above thread.

Hi puys!!
it is mentioned that we need to bring following things with us:-
Photo Identification (e.g. Driving License/PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID)
CAT/XAT Hall Ticket and Score card/ GMAT score card
Payment Receipts (for applications through coaching centres)
Original documents in support of your Interview ID extra-curricular and work experience (if any).

what is the payment slip?
Do we have to pay for interview processs???i haven't paid till yet ......
plz reply

Just in case if you have not yet figured this out ..

The Fee receipt here being talked about is for the registration for applying to SP Jain way back in Oct - Nov 2010

At that time one must have paid Rs 1200 using online banking / DD/ Coaching centers cash payment etc.

The last option was about paying your fee at some Coaching centers. This is the receipt which is mentioned under point # 3

In case if your have paid the fee online / DD then this point is not valid for you

There is no Fee to be paid for the interview process ..

Hope this info helps 😁

Hi puys,
Looks like a lot of you have many queries/confusions about the interview process at SPJIMR. Let me address the most frquently asked ones.
Reaching on time:
We advise you to reach well in advance because:
(1) Mumbai traffic is vey unpredictable. Newcomers may find it a bit difficult to locate the institute.
(2) You have to register yourself.
(3) There is a psychometric test before your time slot (9 AM candidates will have it at 8.15 or so) in a room on a floor different from the registration desk.
(4) It is not wise to be hasty on one of the most important days of your life.

What to carry:
(1) A photo id card (PAN/passport/Driver's license etc..)
(2) Your CAT/XAT/GMAT scorecard
(3) Any other item that has been specifically asked in the interview email.
Carry a passport sized photograph just to be on the safer size.
Do not worry too much about the dress code. It is not mandatory to be in complete business formals (blazer/suit). Mumbai is getting warmer these days so plan accordingly.

You need not carry your CV. Also, you need not submit your documents after your interviews.
Carry a light snack (biscuits/fruits) with you, as at times the interviews could be scheduled back to back and you might have hardly any time between the two rounds.

SPJIMR is known for its 'chill' interviews. So approach the interviews with an open mind.
In case you require any assistance, feel free to contact to any of the Admission Committee members (we will be wearing tags).
ATB to all puys!
