One of the essential steps in the admission process of the Delhi university is Document verification. It is a mandatory process, and no candidate can enter Delhi University without finishing the process of Document verification.

The general admission process is that the candidates who have the said cut-off should apply online, and if the application is selected in all the further rounds, the next step will be the document verification.

All the originals should be kept aside by the candidate beforehand for the process, and the principal of the university will verify it.

The list of documents required for the document verification is as follows:

  • The hard copy of the Delhi university application form.
  • Three recent photographs of passport size.
  • Class 10-mark sheet.
  • Class 12-mark sheet if provided.
  • SC/ST certificate in issuance by the Government authority.
  • Sports certificate if applied under the sports quota.

The documents which are being submitted must be the original documents, if proven to be fake then the candidates will be debarred from the university, and necessary actions will be taken by the university on the student who forged the documents.
