The University will release the result within one month after the exam gets completed. The result for all the candidates will be published on the official website. This is the one way where you can check the results. Your scorecard will not be sent to you by post. Answer keys will be available on the website and candidates can cross-verify if they have any doubts about the result.
Candidates should check the results by following the below mentioned steps:
Visit the official website.
Select the link which leads to the result.
In the window that appears, give the course you opted for and the roll number.
Select the submit button.
You can see the scorecard on your computer screen. You can find the following details on your scorecard: Name of the candidate, Name of the course the candidate has opted for, Total marks scored by the candidates and your rank based on the scores of all the candidates.
Download it and take two to three printouts of the scorecard. You have to produce the rank card on the day of your counselling.
Candidates have to register separately for the counselling process by following the steps mentioned below
Register separately for the counselling process and you will get a User ID and a password.
Using those two details, log in to the counselling link.
Next step would be to select the colleges and courses. You can select as many colleges and course as they want.
It is possible to change the details before giving the final submission. Think ample times before giving the final submission as it is going to decide your future.
If you are giving the final submission till the last date, the list will be automatically locked up.
Once the final submission is done, candidates will be getting the counselling letter and it is important to download this.
In the next step, applicants will be allotted the seats on the basis of their rank, Preference list and the availability of seats.
Information will be sent through text messages or email.
The final step in the counselling process is that candidates should report at the colleges which are allotted to them. Candidates should carry the following documents while reporting: CUSAT admit card and the scorecard, 10th and 12th mark sheet, Caste certificate, Counselling letter Immigration certificate( If applicable) and Transfer certificate( If applicable) issued by the authority concerned.
Once the document verification is done, candidates will be finally admitted to the colleges after the payment of first installment fees.
