About College

Central University of Kashmir (formerly known as the Central University of Jammu and Kashmir), Srinagar was established in March 2009. It is one of the 13 recently established Central Universities in different states of India by the Central Universities Act, 2009. It runs and managed by Central Govt. of India. It presently functions from Transit campuses at Srinagar district and Administrative office at Hyderpora. The university imparts education in various UG, PG and Doctoral courses. It also provides the variety of diploma and integrated courses for its students. The university also accepts CMAT for MBA and GATE for M.Tech.
