first of all i'll like to congratulate all the ppl who made it to the next level.......... now a lot of u ppl would b having some queriesabout how to prepare for gd/pi..... this will b extensively discussed on this thread...... also people who want to have a PRM 31 mentor to guide through this process can register on the spreadsheet link given above by Pritesh.......apart from these we also have a facebook group "Help-desk for future IRMAns 2011-13"........ ppl who r frequent fb users can interact with PRM 31 there.......

Congrats
You people have cleared the elimination round , from now onwards it would be only selection rounds ... :)
This mentorship program which Pritesh bhai has started is to help you people in better understanding of future rounds.. Its purely non official initiative.
In this program you will be assigned individual mentors( students of IRMA) so that you can interact with them and clear out all your doubts. They will also help you in the filling of personal information form and preparation for GD-PI. All you will have to do is to take initiative and contact them, they will not contact you.. :)
So wait for some time then you will get the list of mentors assigned...

Hey dude leave all these things behind and start preparing for gd pi...no body knows about the cutooffs and marks except official. so stop worrying about it.
At this moment start collecting information about the current affairs, new things happening related to ur background. As interview and gd are all about these things only. You will not be asked about core concepts of rural management.
Try to introspect the main question that why u want to come in this field which is totally different from others and try to link it with ur graduation and ur background.

the link is given in first post of PKL, u can click on it anc can join.
it is better to search previous years threads on pg..u will get a gud ideae of gd topics and pi...start reading current affairs and brush up ur graduation subjects...
And for all the puys...take chill pill guys it is not as difficult as ur thinking.only required thing is ur dedication twrds rural development...and that will be found by panel in anyway...

Hi Seniors

Could you let us know the weightage of different aspects of the selection process in the final tabulation of scores? As in, how much would exam score, GD, PI and work ex account for?

My interview is on the 3rd. Will I get boarding and lodging 2nd night onwards, or will it only be for 3rd night?
