Congrats for all call getters . The mails are being sent phase wise, so don't worry . There may be people who have higher percentile but may not have got the mail, it doesn't mean that you din't get the call. Just wait for the mails to arrive.
Request you to be patient so that we people can also help you in the best possible manner.
Just be patient for the mails , everything will be clear by tomorrow once the office gets opened .

Anyone in the same slot?
1. First of all heartiest congratulations to all those who have got a mail for GD/PI.
2. I know how it feels to receive that mail, even more so when you know you are at the edge of just clearing the cut off.
3. But now comes the more difficult part as now the competition is amongst the best.
4. A word of motivation for those who have just cleared the cut offs --> Last year when i had scored 77 percentile and came to know later on that this was the cut off, i was really tensed about my chances of getting through.
5. But honestly speaking once your name has appeared in that list everyone is almost on the same page.
6. Now the important factors would mostly be based on your acads, work ex(GIM has a good mix of fresher and work ex candidates) and above all your performance in GD PI.
7. For GD/PI -->
a) Brush up all the current topics, business trends, mergers and acquisition, budget, etc.
b) For PI the questions would pertain to your grads, your Final year Project, Your work ex and obviously the HR questions - Why MBA, Why GIM, etc..
