Actually, i did some search here, and found that the company, in which my friend is working, is not registered. It's 3 years old and 20-30 people are working already.

I am working in a company in Ahmedabad . I am here from the april 2011 , I have signed a bond here till July 2012. According to that bond from my salary 10% will be deducted till july 2012 . Now suddenly I came to know that they are going to give me a pink sleep . so I told them that I want to resign and asked them what will I get ? they told me I will get my amount that was they were deducting 10% every months . So I resigned and when now the notice period is going to over they suddenly started to tell me that I am not eligible for salary as I am leaving the company before the agreement is over . I told them that you told me that i will get every amount . but they are denying to this ..

now I have some options like...

1) I should continue to july 2012 (for that I will have to take my resign back , is it legal? since I havent got any written reply from them , and they havent done my appraisal this time and salary I am getting is very low as per market value)

2) Should I take any legal action against them ? if yes, then how ? I have worked very hard to earn those money . I can not let them go .

P.S. My company is not registered , Every time we are asking for the form 16 they give us some PAN number .. and it is the working under the company which is registered but I seriously doubt my company's registration since they dont have any structured salary and strength is 16 people .

Please someone tell me what should I do ? since my notice period is going to over soon .

There are couple of ways to enter in the industry .

there are couple of dept in the advertising , decide your intrest .

then there are two ways, according to my view ,

1) go straight to the industry and start working

2) take up a course

in first way .. find your intrest .. is it art direction , account planning , copy writing ... it can be anything .. go to the production house or ad house .. make a portfolio according to the intrest . talk to the industry people about how to get in . talk to the people having same intrest as yours . read ogilvy .

in second way .. other than MICA there are also many other colleges . MICA is like MECCA , I know but you can find god somewhere else too. try SIMC , XIC , IIMC . try out there . talk to the students studying there .

The best way is talk to the people who are working in industry . Mail them , meet them .. make a portfolio show them ask them .. then decide ... what to do..
