i have already posted my query yesterday but got no answer....
why is imt nagpur is calling people with 60-70 percentile and below.why is this hapenning this year..are people not opting for imt nagpur?how is this going to affect batch quality and finally the placements.....plz help me to decide...
is it worth taking admission is such a case..

I'm in a great confusion,only one day left to decide to take admission in imt nagpur.Why is it so that imt nagpur is calling people with 60-70 percentile and even planning to decrease this limit even more(interviews going to be conducted on 12 may for people less than 60 percentile).Don't you think any good institute must maintain certain standard regarding profile and quality of student,this is something which is not expected from institute like imt.Is this happens every year or happening this year?how is this going to affect the batch quality and finally the placement?In such a case is it worth spending 10 lakhs and taking admission. plz help.....

Hi friends i am bit worried about this:


my name is Vaibhav Srivastava, JMET rank 674, CAT percentile 97 (CAT Reg. # SR6859104).
i was selected in the GDPI list of IIT-KH and for the venue and date was told to be informed later.
But i was not communicated, upon querying i was told( 7 days before the final result declared)
that i couldn't make for it in the revised list.
now when the results are out i have come to know that people with lower rank to me(GEN category) are called and are selected.

i just want to know this year criterion for GDPI call getting.

I am GEN and have work -ex of 6 months.
what shud i do in this case.
