I had asked for the refund on 16th March but so far I have not received it.
Earlier, it was assured by Easwer sir that refund will be done in 2 weeks but timelines have not been followed.
This is highly unprofessional attitude from the institute.
Before fee payment, I used to get replies of my queries through emails immediately but after applying for refund, I hardly got a reply.

I did not expect this kind of behaviour from the institute.
I know they are busy with admissions but then why did they tell that refund will be done in 2 weeks.
It feels like I made a mistake by paying the fee.
Don't make false promises regarding refund.
These kind of acts will not take the instiute ahead.

I request you to please look into the status of my refund process.

Hi Seniors,

I want to know that in case of wire transfer, do i need to send hard copy of acceptance letter through courier or soft copy submission through email will also work. If soft copy will work, what is email id for submission.
