I don't think its possible. I was in Accenture myself where I worked for two years in IT and didn't find a single break in finance roles and hence had to leave the co. to study. Its not easy to get into finance. Some I-Banks/KPOs may hire you but you will be put into their operations dept. (back office) where you work with developing/testing the software application on which the bank operates i.e. pure IT work, mostly with Oracle apps. I may be wrong, but in the current situation in India its virtually impossible to enter in core finance (M&A;, PE, Research, Asset Management, Trading, Compliance) without an MBA/MS (Finance) or a super-specialized PGD in Finance. CFA is good but it doesn't add value untill you actually get the charter or do have relevant work-ex in banking.

Recently, I came across Li and Fung Hongkong group calling people with minimum 3 years of work experience and valid TOEFL score for their management associate program. They will provide training as supply chain management in Hongkong and will recruit you as managers in their company with high package.

My question is are there any such more programs from corporates/companies in India or abroad which look for people with work experience and provide them management education and then recruit them as managers in their own organization.

Please let me know, if you are aware of any such program.

Any previous experience will definitely help. But do check out the general profiles of the class and see if you'll fit in.

Executive MBA programs are generally aimed at professionals with substantial work experience. Don't look at it as a short cut and an alternative to the regular full-time 2 year program.

It is usually targetted at professionals who want to upgrade their skills and move up in the corporate hierarchy rather than facilitating a career change.

That's another reason why the focus is on education rather than on placements.

I would suggest you to go for an Executive MBA.There's a very major difference between both these programs and it also caters to different sets of aspirants.See,If you really want to switch your profile(say from IT to sales or marketing) Executive MBA from a good college is the best option.
Part time MBAs are generally done by professionals who are very busy and they just can't give one complete year to learning.They, more or less want to stick to their current industry only with a change/enlargement in the job.
So,based on your need and the reason you can try for any of these.Personally ,I would suggest for an Executive MBA.
Now,doing executive MBA sponsored by company would depend a lot more on the policies of companies in which you're working in.Some of the companies do give 1 year break for their employees to go and complete their MBA and they even hire them for Managerial jobs and with much greater packages.So,check out with your companies HR policies.

Since comparison of colleges are not allowed so I guess no one would rank these colleges here.I've sent you a message and that would give a fair bit of idea to you but then that also is my perception and it could vary with person to person.So,before taking any final call,do visit the individual threads of all these B-Schools on pagalguy.

Well...In India there are two colleges for executive MBAs.
ISB and
Great Lakes
There are other colleges also like XLRI and IIMs but then the minimum work-ex required to apply to them is 5 years.
Apart from that you can also target foreign universities like NUS,INSEAD etc.
